Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Chomu, with flexibility for some remote work. The Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support across various departments. Responsibilities include scheduling meetings, managing communications, maintaining records, preparing reports, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure efficient workflows. The role may also involve liaising with clients, vendors, or other stakeholders to ensure effective coordination.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in using office software and tools such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Familiarity with administrative and operational processes
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of supply chain or production workflows is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
