This position is based out of our Noida office. Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
As a Merchant, you will work closely with the Sales Team and serve as a key point of coordination between internal departments and external stakeholders including clients, vendors, and our factories.
We value prior experience in the home décor or home furnishing industry, though attributes such as motivation, integrity, and a strong work ethic will be equally important in our assessment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Communication - Liaise effectively with internal teams across departments as well as external stakeholders including clients, vendors, and photographers.
2. Coordination - Drive timely follow-ups, track deadlines, and ensure all activities are executed and updated consistently.
3. Client & Vendor Management - Act as the primary point of contact for clients and vendors; gather, relay, and maintain accurate information on both ends.
4. Record Keeping - Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all client interactions and work progress to ensure seamless information availability at all times.
