What makes the role meaty?...
- Run the day-to-day merchandising of the Licious app - homepage, collections, product placements and campaigns
- Decide what customers see, when they see it and why
- Build buying journeys that make it effortless for customers to discover and purchase
- Your work should directly move CTR, Add-to-Cart (ATC), Conversion, Revenue per user
- Run experiments every week, test different layouts, creatives, collections, and discovery pathways
- Learn quickly from what works and double down, kill what doesn’t
We hope that you...
- 3–6 years in growth, e-commerce merchandising, product growth, or digital businesses
- Experience working on consumer apps or marketplaces
- Comfortable with experiments, data, and performance metrics
