Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Merchandise Manager role located in Noida. The Merchandise Manager will handle day-to-day responsibilities such as inventory management, overseeing product assortment, and coordinating between suppliers and stakeholders.
- Manage end-to-end order execution from development to bulk production
- Coordinate with buyers regarding order requirements, approvals, and timelines
- Handle fabric, trims, and accessories sourcing and follow-up
- Prepare and monitor TNA plans to ensure on-time execution
- Coordinate sampling, fit, PP approvals, and production activities
- Work closely with production, QA, and sourcing teams to achieve quality and delivery targets
- Maintain effective vendor and buyer communication throughout the order lifecycle
Qualifications
- 1-2 years experience in apparel merchandising
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Sound knowledge of denim/woven in garment production processes, sourcing, and quality standards
- Ability to manage multiple styles and deadlines simultaneously
