Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Merchandiser for a full-time, on-site position at our Bhiwandi location. In this role, you will assist in managing product assortments, maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors, coordinate with the production team to meet delivery timelines, and ensure product quality standards are upheld. Additionally, you will support sales and marketing efforts, analyze customer feedback, and contribute to overall operational efficiency within the merchandising team.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and vendors.
- Experience in Sales and Retail to support merchandising and customer satisfaction initiatives.
- Familiarity with Marketing techniques to assist in promoting products and improving brand presence.
- Effective organizational and multitasking abilities to manage timelines and coordinate with various teams.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, including spreadsheet management and inventory tracking, is preferred.
- Prior experience in the apparel, uniform, or retail industry is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion, or a closely related field is preferred.
