Role Description
This is a full-time Assistant Merchandiser role located on-site in Moradabad. The role includes assisting in the merchandising process by liaising with customers, managing communications, coordinating orders, and ensuring timely delivery. Key responsibilities include supporting sales strategies, facilitating customer service, and contributing to marketing and retail operations. Additionally, you will work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build effective relationships and address client needs.
- Fundamental understanding of Sales and Retail practices, with the ability to support business growth and streamline operations.
- Basic knowledge or experience in Marketing to assist in promoting products effectively to target audiences.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects and client demands simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using basic office software and tools relevant to the merchandising function.
- Prior experience in merchandising or a related field is preferred but not required.
