Our product line includes a wide range of items such as dry-fit t-shirts, polos, double-layer shorts, sports jackets, track pants, sports bras, and all Knitted Garments.

Key Responsibilities
Order Coordination
- Assist merchandisers in managing buyer orders from development to shipment.
- Maintain order details, TNA (Time & Action) calendars, and production updates.
Buyer Communication Support
- Help prepare emails, reports, and documents for buyers.
- Follow up on approvals for fabrics, trims, samples, and lab dips.
Sample Development
- Coordinate with sampling team for development samples.
- Track sample dispatch and maintain records.
Production Follow-up
- Follow up with production, fabric, and trims suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor production status and highlight delays to senior merchandiser.
Documentation
- Maintain order files including:
- Purchase Orders
- Tech packs
- BOM (Bill of Materials)
- Cost sheets
- Production updates
Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with departments such as:
- Sampling
- Fabric sourcing
- Production
- Quality Control
- Logistics
Shipment Support
- Assist in preparing shipment documents and packing details.
- Coordinate with logistics team for dispatch.
Data Management
- Update order tracking sheets and ERP systems.
- Maintain accurate records for buyers and internal teams.
Skills Required
- Good communication skills (English written & verbal)
- Knowledge of garment manufacturing process
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of fabrics and trims
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Email communication
Qualification
- Graduate / Diploma in Fashion Merchandising / Apparel Production / Textile
- 0–2 years experience in garment export house preferred
