We’re hiring: Assistant Merchandiser (Coordination & Vendor Management)
Let’s be honest — this isn’t a “sit back and manage emails” kind of role.
We’re looking for someone who can manage multiple people, vendors, and tasks at once — and still ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
👉 Your core job: Make sure what is supposed to happen, actually happens — on time.
What this role really means 👇
You’ll work closely with the Product Manager/Specialist, vendors, buying house, and internal teams — ensuring:
• Clear communication
• Strong follow-ups
• Smooth execution
What you’ll be doing
• Acting as the bridge between buying house, vendors, and internal teams
• Managing end-to-end follow-ups — sampling, orders, approvals, eQCs
• Maintaining structured trackers (sampling, orders, vendor commitments)
• Flagging delays before they become problems
• Driving execution — not just tracking it
👉 This role is all about consistency, ownership, and getting things done.
What we’re looking for
• 1–3 years of experience in merchandising / coordination / vendor handling
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Clear, direct communication
• High ownership mindset
• Someone who doesn’t drop the ball
