Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Merchandiser position located in Jaipur. The Assistant Merchandiser will assist in coordinating sales, managing customer interactions, and supporting retail operations. Responsibilities include working closely with the marketing and merchandising teams to align product offerings, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring excellent customer service to enhance the overall shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effectively interacting with customers and team members
- Sales and Retail expertise to support in driving business growth and managing in-store operations
- Basic understanding of Marketing to contribute to merchandising strategies
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Knowledge of ethnic wear or fashion trends is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field is preferred
