Role Description
This is an internship role for an Assistant Merchandiser. The Assistant Merchandiser will support team operations, collaborate with various departments, and assist in managing product assortments and customer-facing tasks. Responsibilities include coordinating with customers, supporting sales strategies, and assisting with general administrative tasks. This is a hybrid role, requiring occasional in-office attendance in New Delhi while allowing for some remote work flexibility.
Qualifications
- Proficient Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience or interest in Sales and Retail environments
- Understanding of Marketing strategies and approaches
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with a collaborative mindset
- Enthusiasm for fashion, design, and merchandising is a plus
