Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Assistant Merchandiser to join our on-site team in Noida. The Assistant Merchandiser will collaborate closely with the senior merchandising team to manage product workflows, ensure timely procurement and delivery coordination, and maintain strong client and vendor relations. Responsibilities include overseeing inventory levels, assisting with sales data analysis, preparing reports, and supporting the execution of marketing strategies. The role also involves ensuring customer requirements are met with precision and fostering smooth communication between stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to liaise effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Experience in Sales and Retail operations to assist in managing product performance and customer expectations.
- Foundational knowledge and experience in Marketing to support promotional and product strategies.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage timelines and ensure quality standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with inventory management systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, on-site setting in Noida.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
