Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Merchandiser role based in Noida. The Assistant Merchandiser will support the merchandising team by coordinating with clients, suppliers, and team members to ensure smooth operations. Daily tasks include assisting in managing inventory, maintaining communication with customers, preparing sales reports, and aligning marketing strategies with customer needs and market trends. The role requires strong organizational and problem-solving skills to meet delivery timelines and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Sales and Retail experience to manage client relations and optimize inventory
- Basic understanding of Marketing principles to align products with market trends
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with merchandising tools
