Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Merchandiser based in Noida. The Assistant Merchandiser will support the merchandising team in overseeing product development, coordinating with suppliers and clients, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. Responsibilities include providing customer service, assisting in sales and marketing strategies, and ensuring timely delivery of products while maintaining quality standards. The candidate will also analyze market trends and contribute to achieving the company’s business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Experience in Sales and Retail to support merchandising and product placement strategies.
- Proficiency in Marketing techniques to assist in promoting products and increasing brand visibility.
- Ability to analyze market trends, manage timelines, and maintain high-quality standards.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, or related field is preferred.
