Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant MEP Manager located in Thane. The Assistant MEP Manager will oversee the coordination, design, and execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems in compliance with project specifications. Responsibilities include facilitating communication between internal teams and contractors, managing procurement processes, and ensuring project deliverables are met on schedule. The role also requires maintaining quality standards and ensuring adherence to safety and operational guidelines on-site.
Qualifications
- Experience in MEP Coordination and an understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
- Knowledge of Plumbing systems and MEP Design
- Hands-on experience in Procurement for MEP-related materials
- Strong project management and team coordination skills
- Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work on-site in Thane with a results-oriented mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is highly desirable
