Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Marketing Manager, based in Vadodara. The Assistant Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to support business growth and brand awareness. Daily tasks include market research, planning and implementing marketing campaigns, coordinating with cross-functional teams, analyzing campaign performance, and preparing reports. Additionally, the role involves fostering relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners to enhance the brand's presence in the pharmaceutical industry.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Content Marketing strategies
- Strong Research and Data Analysis skills to understand target markets and evaluate campaign performance
- Project Management and Organizational skills to effectively plan and execute marketing initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and independently in an organized manner
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industries is a strong advantage
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM software is a plus.
