Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Marketing Manager with strong exposure to high-end casino marketing environments. The ideal candidate will support the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue growth within a luxury gaming and entertainment setting. This role requires relocation to Sri Lanka, with comprehensive support provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns for casino and luxury hospitality services
• Develop strategies to attract high-net-worth individuals and premium clientele
• Support branding, promotions, and loyalty program initiatives
• Work closely with sales and operations teams to enhance guest engagement and experience
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis within the casino and entertainment industry
• Manage digital and offline marketing activities including events, promotions, and partnerships
• Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports and insights
• Ensure consistent brand positioning aligned with luxury casino standards
• Assist in managing VIP guest relationships and exclusive events

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 4–7 years of marketing experience, with strong high-end casino exposure (mandatory)
• Experience in luxury hospitality, gaming, or integrated resort marketing preferred
• Strong understanding of VIP customer engagement and premium brand positioning
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure luxury environment
• Willingness to relocate to Sri Lanka
