Role Overview
We’re hiring a Junior Marketing Manager to drive cross-vertical marketing execution across Mentoria’s business lines.
This is a hands-on role for a marketer who can execute continuously while thinking critically. Someone comfortable operating across different contexts, audiences, and objectives, often in parallel. You will run campaigns independently after alignment and work closely with leadership on planning, rollout, and optimisation.
What You’ll Do
- Execute marketing initiatives across multiple verticals, including: Campaign coordination, tracking, and project execution; Messaging and content development; Campaign setup, rollout, and execution
- Work across channels such as: Email and WhatsApp marketing; Landing pages and lead magnets; Organic social (planning + copy); Partner, community, and stakeholder communications
- Translate objectives into clear, executable marketing outputs
- Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with frequent context-switching
- Collaborate with leadership, founders, and external stakeholders
- Use AI tools actively to improve speed, clarity, and execution quality
- Maintain strong execution hygiene across timelines, iterations, and follow-ups
What We’re Looking For
- 2-3 years of hands-on marketing experience
- Proven ability to execute campaigns end-to-end
- Comfort working in cross-vertical environments
- Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals: Audience intent; Funnel stages; Channel-specific messaging
- Strong written communication skills (non-negotiable, but not a copywriting-only role)
- Ability to operate autonomously after alignment
- Comfort with fast cycles, ambiguity, and high context-switching
AI Usage
- AI fluency is non-negotiable: You should already be using AI to accelerate planning, structuring, writing, and execution
- Tool-agnostic role: Outcomes, judgment, and speed matter more than tool stacks
