Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven marketing professional who combines sharp ideation with hands-on execution excellence. This role is for someone who understands fashion, branding, and retail marketing deeply — and can take a brief from concept to flawless delivery with minimal supervision.
You will work closely with leadership to translate strategy into impactful campaigns, content, and on-ground execution that elevates brand perception and drives business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Ideation & Campaign Development
- Develop fresh, culturally relevant marketing ideas aligned with brand positioning.
- Conceptualize campaigns across digital, retail, visual merchandising, and activations.
- Stay ahead of fashion, consumer, and cultural trends to keep communication contemporary.
End-to-End Execution
- Own execution from briefing to final delivery — creatives, shoots, content, activations, and campaigns.
- Coordinate seamlessly with designers, agencies, vendors, influencers, and internal teams.
- Ensure timelines, quality, and brand consistency are maintained at all stages.
Vendor & Industry Networking
- Leverage strong industry contacts for faster, better execution.
- Identify and onboard new creative partners, influencers, and collaborators.
Brand & Market Intelligence
- Be well-read on fashion, marketing trends, consumer behaviour, and global best practices.
- Bring insights that sharpen brand storytelling and positioning.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong marketing background (preferably fashion/lifestyle/retail).
- Proven ability to conceptualize & execute independently.
- Passion for fashion, branding, and consumer culture.
- Strong industry/vendor network is a plus.
- High ownership mindset — proactive, solution-oriented, and execution-focused.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
