Role Description

The Assistant Marketing Manager will oversee the planning and execution of coporate marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance the hospital’s brand visibility and customer engagement. Responsibilities include developing and implementing marketing plans, managing digital and traditional marketing channels, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and analyzing the effectiveness of promotional activities. The role also involves market research, budget management, and collaboration with external vendors and partners. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.


Qualifications and Eligibility Criteria </p>


  • A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory, with 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong understanding of corporate marketing strategy and planning.
  • Ability to organize and execute health camps, outreach programs, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and market research to support marketing initiatives and decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across teams and stakeholders.
  • Prior exposure to healthcare marketing or experience within the healthcare industry will be considered an added advantageh.
