Role Description
The Assistant Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai. This role involves planning and implementing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, contributing to brand promotion, and identifying new market opportunities. Responsibilities include collaborating with the sales team to develop effective promotional materials, analyzing market trends, and ensuring brand alignment across all communication channels. The Assistant Marketing Manager will also oversee client engagement initiatives and support in building long-term relationships with customers.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Marketing, Market Research, and Campaign Management
- Experience with Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, and Social Media Management
- Proficiency in Branding, Communication Strategies, and Creative Ideation
- Analytical and organizational skills with the ability to interpret data and market insights
- Proficiency in marketing tools and software; knowledge of CRM platforms is an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, teamwork, and leadership qualities
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Experience in packaging, printing, or the holography industry will be considered an asset
