📢 WE ARE HIRING | ASSISTANT MANAGER – MARKETING
Ryan International School is looking for dynamic, enthusiastic, and result-oriented marketing professionals to join our team in Hyderabad!
📍 Job Locations:
- Kondapur / Kollur
- Gandimaisamma / Kompally
💰 Salary Package: ₹4 LPA – ₹6 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute outdoor marketing activities to enhance school visibility and brand awareness.
- Conduct field marketing activities, including apartment activations, society campaigns, roadshows, and promotional events.
- Organise and coordinate BTL activities, including kiosks, banners, standees, pamphlet distribution, and local promotions.
- Build relationships with apartment associations, resident welfare associations (RWAs), corporates, preschools, and local communities.
- Identify potential admission leads through ground-level marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate school events, education fairs, open houses, and admission campaigns.
- Manage local branding, outdoor advertising, and promotional activities.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market mapping to identify potential admission catchment areas.
- Work closely with the admissions team to generate enquiries and drive admission conversions.
- Monitor campaign performance, lead generation, and marketing ROI.
- Manage marketing vendors, agencies, and promotional budgets.
Candidate Profile:
- 3–6 years of experience in marketing, preferably in education, real estate, retail, or FMCG.
- Strong exposure to outdoor marketing, field marketing, and BTL activities.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to independently manage on-ground marketing campaigns.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned location and surrounding areas.
- Strong local market knowledge will be an added advantage.
