Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Patna for an Assistant Marketing Manager. Responsibilities include overseeing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, managing strategies to enhance brand visibility, coordinating with sales teams, and analyzing performance metrics. The Assistant Marketing Manager will also assist in content creation for digital and offline marketing materials and ensure consistent brand messaging. Strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders is essential.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Campaign Management, and Content Marketing
- Skills in Market Research, Branding Strategy, and Competitive Analysis
- Ability to manage Marketing Communications, including ad design and promotional materials development
- Strong Leadership, Strategic Thinking, and Team Collaboration skills
- Experience in product marketing, especially related to pumps, is a plus
- Proficiency with marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive mindset and ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
