Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Marketing Manager located in Vadodara. The Assistant Marketing Manager will assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing strategies. Key responsibilities include managing marketing campaigns, overseeing digital and traditional promotional efforts, supervising content creation, analyzing performance metrics, and supporting business development initiatives. Additionally, this role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to align marketing activities with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Online Advertising
- Strong organizational and planning skills to manage marketing campaigns and strategies effectively
- Experience in Content Creation, Copywriting, and Creativity to craft compelling marketing materials
- Proficiency in Data Analysis, Market Research, and using analytics tools to measure campaign performance
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Ability to work independently on-site and contribute to a dynamic team environment
- Previous experience in the automotive industry or luxury brand management is an advantage
