Compensation: ₹10,00,000 – ₹12,00,000 PA
The Vision
We are looking for a sophisticated brand architect to serve as our
Assistant Marketing Manager. In this role, you won't just manage a brand; you will craft an experience. This is a high-visibility position that demands a rare equilibrium between

creative storytelling. You will lead the charge in defining how our Luxury Division resonates across global and regional touchpoints, ensuring every interaction feels exclusive, intentional, and high-impact.
Your MissionStrategic Architecture
- 360° Brand Strategy: Design and deploy comprehensive marketing blueprints that solidify our premium market positioning.
- The Growth Roadmap: Architect annual marketing calendars and product launch strategies backed by deep-dive competitive benchmarking.
- Data-Driven Synergy: Align marketing spend with CRM insights to hit aggressive commercial acquisition and retention targets.
Brand Activation & Execution
- Unified Narrative: Lead multi-channel campaigns across PR, Influencer, and Digital, ensuring a seamless "Luxury" voice from retail floors to social feeds.
- Content Mastery: Direct high-end content production, ensuring visuals and copy meet the uncompromising standards of the luxury audience.
- Experiential Marketing: Conceptualize and execute high-stakes local activations and elite events that elevate brand prestige.
Digital Performance & ROI
- Precision Growth: Partner with digital leads to optimize SEO, SEM, and Meta Ads, focusing on high-intent customer segments.
- Metrics That Matter: Rigorously monitor KPIs, using performance data to pivot strategies in real-time.
- Retention Excellence: Oversee CRM workflows (Salesforce) to maximize customer lifetime value through personalized engagement.
Who You Are
- The Experience: You bring 6+ years of marketing expertise, with a mandatory minimum of 3 years directly within the Luxury or Jewelry sectors.
- The Toolkit: You are proficient in Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Meta Ads Manager.
- The Mindset: You possess an "uncompromising eye" for detail. You understand that in luxury, the small things are the big things.
- The Leader: You are an expert project manager and mentor, capable of leading lean teams and external agencies toward excellence.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business required; MBA preferred.
