Role Description
- Identify and acquire new enterprise clients across industries
- Drive revenue growth by selling CPaaS solutions (SMS, Voice, WhatsApp, RCS, Email APIs)
- Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation → pitching → negotiation → closure
- Understand client business needs and propose customized communication solutions
Qualifications
- Strong skills in negotiation, relationship management, and client engagement
- Experience in managing international partnerships, especially with telecom carriers
- Knowledge of telecom technologies and A2P messaging solutions
- Proficiency in data analysis to evaluate performance and market trends
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive problem-solving aptitude and strategic thinking abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Telecommunications, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
- Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is a bonus
- Familiarity with the A2P messaging industry and market dynamics is preferred
- Willingness to work on-site in Gurugram, with occasional travel as required
