10+ years? experience in System management, owning and managing systems with IT and Functional stakeholders. Functional knowlwdge on People supply chain would be highly preferred. Prior experience on large scale ATS/WFM implementation and system implementation preferred. 2. Scope, lead and execute system POC?s as required 3. Conduct workshops on requirements gathering amongst different stakeholders and partners 4. Work closely with partners and IT teams in integrating new applications, workflows, API?s, leading UAT?s and ensuring minimal / no disruptions 5. Identifying improvements in workflows and systems on a continual basis 6. Ensuring compliance of systems with respect to Data Protection, GDPR requirements 7. Audit Champion for Resource Management function managing ongoing and future audits both internal and external 8. Ensure risk register, SOP?s and reports are managed on an ongoing effort 9. Manage Reporting for Leaders as per determined frequency 10. Eye for details in driving Data & Analytics within the function 11. People manage D&A team members on an ongoing effort providing key insights & support 12. Manage Systems in an administrative capacity thus ensuring hygiene and audit compliances 13. Excelent communication and analytical skills 14. Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills 15. SHould be willing to travel across Coforge offices in India on a need basis.
