Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager – VCFO to support the delivery of end-to-end CFO advisory services to clients across industries. This is a full-time, on-site role, requiring close coordination with internal teams and active involvement in client engagements.
Key Responsibilities🔷 Financial Reporting & MIS
- Prepare and review monthly MIS, dashboards, and financial packs
- Perform variance analysis (Actual vs Budget vs Forecast)
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting
🔷 Budgeting & Forecasting
- Assist in annual budgeting and periodic forecasting
- Build and maintain financial models
- Track key business drivers and performance metrics
🔷 Business & Financial Analysis
- Conduct profitability, cost, and working capital analysis
- Support cash flow planning and fund management
- Identify financial risks and improvement opportunities
🔷 Client Coordination
- Act as a bridge between client teams and internal teams
- Coordinate with client’s accounts, finance, and management teams
- Support Managers in handling client queries and deliverables
🔷 Process Improvement
- Assist in implementation of SOPs, internal controls, and financial processes
- Support ERP / accounting system streamlining
🔷 Compliance & Support
- Work closely with tax, audit, and compliance teams for integrated delivery
- Support in due diligence, investor reporting, and ad-hoc assignments
Eligibility Criteria- Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) / Semi-qualified CA / MBA (Finance)
- Experience: 2–5 years (preferably in CA firm / consulting / VCFO setup)
- Strong understanding of financial statements, MIS, and accounting principles
Key Skills- Financial modeling & advanced Excel
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication & coordination ability
- Knowledge of Tally / ERP systems
- Basic understanding of fundraising, valuations, and business finance (preferred)
Work Requirement- Full-time on-site role (Work from Office only – Borivali, Mumbai)
- Requires regular interaction with internal teams and occasional client meetings
