Position: Senior Sales Associate / Assistant Manager – Sales (US Test Prep)
Location: Work From Office
Shift: Night Shift (US Time Zones)
Customer Region Covered: USA / North America
Experience: 2–3 years (relevant domain mandatory)
Role Overview
We are looking for a high-ownership Sales Leader from the SAT / Study Abroad Test Prep industry (SAT / PSAT / ACT/ AP) who understands the US education market deeply and can own revenue numbers end-to-end. This role is not just about calling leads, it’s about closing, forecasting, improving conversion, and driving consistent revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own revenue targets as the primary KPI and deliver consistent month-on-month growth
- Handle US parents & students for SAT, ACT, APs, and study-abroad related test prep offerings
- Deeply understand Catalyst’s products, pricing, outcomes, and positioning
- Manage the full sales cycle:
- Lead qualification
- Counselling & need discovery
- Objection handling
- Closing & follow-ups
- Improve lead-to-conversion ratios and average deal value
- Work closely with Growth & Marketing teams to optimize lead quality
- Maintain accurate CRM hygiene, reporting, and pipeline forecasting
- Mentor junior sales associates (if applicable)
Must Have Requirements
- Mandatory experience in SAT / US Study Abroad Test Prep industry
- Understanding of US universities, admissions timelines, and test prep buying behavior
- Proven track record of revenue ownership and target achievement
- Excellent communication skills with US parents
- Willingness to work in night shifts aligned with US time zones
- Comfortable with consultative selling (not transactional)
Good to Have
- Experience selling high-ticket education products
- Prior experience in scaling a sales funnel
- Exposure to CRM tools (LeadSquared, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
