We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager Transition to lead end-to-end transition programs, ensuring seamless migration, stabilization, and handover of services. The role requires strong governance, stakeholder engagement, and risk management to deliver successful transitions in dynamic environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement transition plans, timelines, and governance structures.
- Coordinate all phases of transition: assessment, planning, execution, stabilization, and handover.
- Conduct due diligence and discovery to define scope, tools, and operational requirements.
- Engage stakeholders to establish deliverables, success criteria, and communication plans.
- Facilitate status meetings, executive updates, and stakeholder communications.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks; implement mitigation and escalation strategies.
- Oversee knowledge transfer frameworks, training schedules, and documentation (SOPs, workflows).
- Validate operational readiness for Go‑Live, including tools, processes, and infrastructure.
- Support stabilization, hypercare, and post-transition reviews.
- Ensure smooth handover to Operations with performance baselines and acceptance criteria.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 9+ years of experience in Transition, Project, or Program Management.
- Strong understanding of service delivery models (BPO/IT/Shared Services preferred).
- Expertise in project management methodologies (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent preferred).
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple transitions in fast-paced environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Willingness to work in Mid Shift
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in process migrations, outsourcing transitions, or large-scale transformations.
- Knowledge of ITIL frameworks (for IT transitions).
- Experience working with global stakeholders and cross-cultural teams.
