What this job involves: Assistant Manager transition would oversee and manage all aspects of New Projects, Transition activities, Operations, Office services set up for new sites, and/or program manage projects for multiple facilities in a manner consistent with financial and operational objectives, while assuring quality and efficient service.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the stake holders Like RE team, Security team, Capacity planning team, IT team, Design team, PMC team, Project team, Ops. team etc..
- Coordinate design team to get the final drawings.
- Coordinate with the CP team to get the Workstation numberings as per Facility nomenclature.
- Coordinating with the EHS team to setup the wellness center for new facilities.
- Prepare the Capex and Opex list as per thumb rule.
- Getting the quotes from the registered vendors for authorised items.
- Preparing the cost sheet and get the budget approval to raise the Capex PRs.
- Track the PR and POs until reach to the vendors.
- Coordinate finance team to get the budget for Transition manpower.
- Raise the PR for Transition manpower.
- Track the vendors for deliver the Capex items intime.
- Collect all the Capex items before starting the Transition activities.
- Review the supplied materials as per the approved specifications and brands.
- Preparing the list as per nomenclature to get the Barcoded WS stickers.
- Mobilise the Transition manpower for Transition activities.
- Coordinating with the PMC & GC vendors for floor walkthrough before take over the floor for Transition activities.
- Review the works as per the checklists.
- Check the entire floor whether floor is ready in all aspects for operations.
- If any major observations found while walkthrough need to highlight to the Workplace lead and ask the PMC / GC / Core team to get it rectify before golive date..
- Conducting Testing and Commissioning activities as per design and standard SOPs w.r.t. Engineering and Operations.
- Monitoring & Coordinating overall process ideally starts 120 days prior to the go-live date from design stage.
- Providing its expertise and is a part of the; Procurement of miscellaneous capital and operational expenditure (Capex & Opex) items and deployment of the same which includes Fire Extinguishers, Signages, ERP layouts, Set up of Wellness, Gymnasium, Cafeteria, Recreation room, IT requirements & etc..
- Snags / Risk assessment for new Projects and tracking for on time closer.
