Role Description The Assistant Manager – Trainings is a full-time, on-site role based in Jalandhar. This position is responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering training programs related to Secuneus Tech’s services, processes, and cyber security offerings.
Day-to-day responsibilities include :
- Managing the Trainings, Student Counseling, Registration, Payment Collection
- Coordinating training schedules, and facilitating sessions for internal teams and, when required, clients or partners.
- The role involves monitoring training effectiveness, gathering feedback, maintaining training records, and supporting continuous improvement of training content and methods.
- The Assistant Manager – Trainings will collaborate with management and technical teams to ensure training initiatives align with business objectives and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong supervisory skills, including the ability to lead sessions, manage participant engagement, and oversee training activities.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to explain complex concepts clearly and interact effectively with diverse audiences.
- Candidates should possess Training & Development and Training skills, including needs analysis, curriculum design, and facilitation of workshops or classroom sessions.
- Candidates should possess customer service skills to support participants, respond to queries professionally, and ensure a positive training experience.
- Relevant experience in corporate training, education, or learning and development, preferably in technology or cyber security domains, is beneficial.
- Graduation must be completed.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with presentation tools and learning platforms are advantageous.
- Ability to work on-site in Jalandhar, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt training approaches to changing business needs.
