Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager Training Development based in Hyderabad. The Assistant Manager will oversee the development and implementation of training programs, ensuring the professional growth of team members. Responsibilities include coordinating training schedules, supervising trainees, assessing training outcomes, and supporting team members' career growth through effective communication. The role requires collaboration with the management team to improve customer service standards and meet business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven Supervisory Skills, including leadership and the ability to guide and manage teams effectively.
- Strong Communication abilities to facilitate clear and effective interactions across teams and resolve challenges efficiently.
- Expertise in Training & Development, including creating and implementing training materials and programs.
- Proficiency in delivering engaging and impactful training sessions for team growth and development.
- Strong Customer Service skills, ensuring excellent customer experiences and satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the QSR or retail industry.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to dynamic work environments.
