Job Title: Assistant Manager – OJT & Training (US Healthcare RCM)

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – OJT & Training to lead training, and ramp-up activities within the US Healthcare RCM function. The role involves managing end-to-end training delivery, supporting new process transitions, and ensuring seamless ramp-up of new hires to meet business SLAs and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Training & OJT Management
- Lead end-to-end On-the-Job Training (OJT) programs for new hires in RCM processes
- Design and deliver training modules covering Medical Billing, AR, Denials, and related workflows
- Manage training batches, nesting phase, and floor support during ramp-up
- Evaluate trainee performance and certify readiness for production
Ramp-Up & Transition
- Drive ramp-up planning and execution for new projects/processes
- Support process transitions, knowledge transfer (KT), and go-live activities
- Ensure smooth stabilization post go-live with minimal impact on SLAs
Team & Stakeholder Management
- Manage a team of trainers and SMEs
- Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Clients for training needs
- Act as a bridge between training and production teams
Performance & Quality
- Track training effectiveness using KPIs (throughput, accuracy, productivity)
- Identify skill gaps and implement improvement plans
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and client-specific guidelines
Process Improvement
- Continuously improve training content and delivery methods
- Implement best practices for faster ramp-up and improved retention
- Support automation or digital learning initiatives
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong expertise in US Healthcare RCM (AR, Billing, Denial Management )
- Hands-on experience in OJT, ramp-up, and transition management
- Excellent training, coaching, and presentation skills
- Strong stakeholder and team management abilities
- Knowledge of SLA/KPI management and quality frameworks
- Familiarity with LMS tools and training dashboards is an advantage
- Should have team handling experience of minimum 150FTs
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate / Postgraduate (any discipline)
- Certifications in Training, Lean Six Sigma, or Healthcare are a plus
