Job Title- Assistant Manager Training
Training & Development – PAN India
Experience - 3-5 years
Reporting To - Head of Department (HOD)
Role Purpose
To plan, deliver, and manage effective training programs across PAN India, ensuring consistent capability building, LMS adoption, and performance improvement aligned with business and brand objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure training content delivery align with organizational learning objectives, SOPs, and brand standards.
- Drive LMS adoption and continuous learning culture across PAN India.
- Coordinate with HR, HODs, AMs, and RMs for training needs, feedback, and performance improvement.
- Maintain training documentation, reports, and compliance as per HR and business requirements.
Training Delivery
- Plan and deliver effective classroom, virtual, and on‑floor training programs across PAN India.
- Ensure engaging, standardized, and region‑appropriate training delivery using approved modules.
- Adapt training approach based on employee experience levels and regional requirements.
Training Assessment & Effectiveness
- Conduct pre‑ and post‑training assessments to measure learning impact.
- Analyze assessment results and identify learning gaps.
- Share structured training assessment and feedback reports with HR and HOD after each program.
Refresher Training & Performance Escalation
- Conduct refresher trainings based on participant feedback, AM/RM evaluations, time duration & performance gaps.
- Escalate critical performance issues or repeated negative feedback to HR and HOD in a timely manner.
Training Administration & Documentation
- Manage training schedules, coordination, and execution across PAN India.
- Maintain accurate training records including attendance, assessments, and feedback for all employees.
- Ensure documentation is audit‑ready and updated as per HR standards.
Learning Management System (LMS)
- Ensure timely completion of assigned LMS courses across all regions.
- Onboard and train new joiners on LMS usage and learning expectations.
- Monitor LMS engagement and completion status and support corrective actions where required.
Reporting & Planning
- Share End‑of‑Day (EOD) activity updates with HOD.
- Submit monthly PAN‑India training calendars at least 15 days in advance.
- Ensure training feedback and reports are submitted within 48 hours of training completion.
