Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager - Training located in Bengaluru. The Assistant Manager - Training will be responsible for identifying training needs, designing tailored training programs, and conducting effective training sessions to enhance employee performance. Additional responsibilities include supervising training processes, ensuring the quality of training delivery, and collaborating with teams to foster a culture of continuous learning and development. The role focuses on creating impactful training initiatives that align with business goals and customer service standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills and the ability to effectively lead, guide, and manage training initiatives.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey ideas and information to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Training & Development, including creating, implementing, and evaluating effective training programs.
- Demonstrated expertise in Training and coaching individuals to improve performance and skillsets.
- Understanding of Customer Service principles and the ability to align training with customer satisfaction objectives.
- Experience in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and address training needs.
- Preferred qualifications include relevant certifications in training or human resources and a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
