Role Description The Assistant Manager TPA and Corporate Marketing is a full-time, on-site role based in Amritsar. This role is responsible for managing relationships with Third Party Administrators (TPAs) and corporate clients, coordinating approvals, documentation, and billing processes to support smooth patient onboarding and reimbursement. The position involves planning and executing corporate marketing initiatives, including outreach programs, presentations, and campaigns to build brand awareness and drive patient referrals. The Assistant Manager will track and analyze marketing and TPA performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Daily activities include stakeholder communication, follow-up on leads, organizing corporate visits, and maintaining accurate records in line with company policies and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in TPA coordination, corporate client servicing, and healthcare administration.
- Skills in marketing planning, corporate outreach, and campaign execution.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
- Competence in data analysis, reporting, and use of basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations).
- Knowledge of health insurance processes, billing procedures, and hospital operations is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in oncology or hospital-based corporate marketing is preferred but not mandatory.
