Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai for the position of Assistant Manager to Manager - Recruiter. The primary responsibilities include developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top talent, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, conducting candidate sourcing, interviewing and hiring, and collaborating with department heads to meet hiring needs. The role also involves maintaining recruitment metrics, employer branding initiatives, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in talent acquisition, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and understand their staffing requirements
  • Experience in employer branding and crafting compelling job descriptions and campaigns
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously
  • Proficiency in recruitment tools and social media platforms for sourcing and outreach
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior recruitment experience in the real estate or construction sector is a plus
