Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Telemarketing Executive to join our team in Bhandup. The candidate will be responsible for managing telecalling activities, generating leads through outbound calls, supporting the sales team, and ensuring smooth communication with potential customers. This role requires strong communication, basic team coordination, and the ability to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce company products/services.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about offerings.
- Generate and qualify sales leads and pass them to the sales team.
- Maintain customer databases and update call records in CRM or Excel.
- Follow up with leads to convert them into business opportunities.
- Assist in monitoring telemarketing performance and daily calling targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to improve lead conversion.
- Ensure high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Education: Graduate in any stream (preferred)
- Experience: 0–2 years in telemarketing / telesales / customer support (Freshers with good communication can apply)
- Strong communication skills in Hindi & English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, CRM tools)
- Good persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
