Role Description
We are seeking an Assistant Manager, Technical Support for a full-time, on-site role at our New Delhi location. The role involves ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction by providing technical and customer support, troubleshooting technical issues, and enhancing the overall customer service experience. You will collaborate with teams to resolve challenges, guide customers in resolving technical concerns, and implement solutions to improve service operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service strategies
- Strong expertise in Technical Support and Troubleshooting
- Ability to deliver quality Customer Support in resolving inquiries and issues
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the biotechnology or research industry is a plus
- Proficient in analyzing customer concerns and applying effective solutions.
