Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Team Leader based in Kochi. The role involves leading and managing a team to meet performance targets, setting clear objectives, and ensuring team alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities include planning workflows, tracking progress, providing performance feedback, and fostering collaboration. The Assistant Manager Team Leader will also be involved in client relationship management, identifying operational improvements, and developing strategies to achieve business objectives.
