Key Deliverables (Essential Functions & Responsibilities of the Job):
Income Tax:
- Computation of Advance taxes and provision for taxes;
- Representation in assessment and appellate proceedings along with consultants.
- Finalization of Corporate Tax Return, Tax Audits;
- Knowledge of Income Tax Disclosure Standards.
- Knowledge of Deferred Tax Accounting
- Preparing and replying to Income Tax Notices / scrutiny assessments
- Working knowledge of Transfer pricing law and assessment
TDS:
- Monthly deposits/preparation of returns.
Others:
- Manage relationships with Corporate Tax team
Additional Area Of Work-
- Managing Statutory Audit
- Managing Internal Audits
Key Skills:
- Qualified CAs
