About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Tax Compliance & Accounting with strong hands-on experience in Tally, TDS, and GST compliance. The role also involves exposure to foreign accounting, MIS reporting, and overall financial management support.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Tax Compliance

Preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)

TDS calculation, return filing, and reconciliation

Handling statutory compliance and maintaining compliance calendar

Assisting in tax audits and responding to notices (if any)

🔹 Accounting (Tally-Based)

Day-to-day accounting entries in Tally

Bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny

Accounts payable & receivable management

Maintaining books of accounts as per accounting standards

🔹 Foreign Accounting & MIS (XERO and Zoho books)

Assisting in foreign accounting processes

Preparing monthly MIS reports

Financial data analysis and reporting to management

Support in budgeting and forecasting activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) preferred

2–3 years of relevant experience

Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP

Practical experience in GST and TDS compliance

Good understanding of accounting principles

Proficiency in MS Excel

Strong analytical and communication skills
