Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition role based in Kochi. The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring processes across various functions and levels. The Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition will partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, develop job descriptions, and ensure a structured and inclusive selection process. Responsibilities include maintaining a strong talent pipeline, leveraging employer branding initiatives, and using data to improve recruitment efficiency and candidate experience. The role also requires overseeing recruitment platforms and agencies, ensuring compliance with company policies, and contributing to broader HR projects related to workforce planning and onboarding.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills, with experience managing end-to-end hiring processes.
- Candidates should possess solid Interviewing and Hiring skills, including structured assessment methods and fair, unbiased decision-making.
- Candidates should possess Employer Branding skills, with the ability to promote the organization’s value proposition across channels and touchpoints.
- Relevant experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the food, manufacturing, or FMCG sectors.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Kochi and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in HR systems, recruitment platforms, and basic data-driven reporting on hiring metrics.
- Master's degree in human resources or Business Administration with 6+ years experience in Talent Acquisition.
