About the Role:
We are looking for a Assistant Manager- Talent Acquisition to drive end-to-end hiring across critical functions, with a strong focus on business partnering, stakeholder management, and building scalable hiring processes.
This role goes beyond execution — it requires someone who can own hiring as a business function, influence leadership decisions, and consistently deliver high-quality talent in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Own:
1. End-to-End Talent Ownership
- Lead full-cycle recruitment across functions and levels (mid to senior roles)
- Drive hiring strategy aligned to business goals and workforce planning
- Ensure strong candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding
2. Stakeholder & Business Partnering
- Work closely with business leaders to understand hiring needs and priorities
- Act as a strategic advisor on talent availability, market trends, and hiring feasibility
- Drive accountability and timelines with hiring managers
3. Sourcing & Talent Strategy
- Build strong talent pipelines through multiple channels (LinkedIn, referrals, market mapping, etc.)
- Identify and engage passive talent for niche and leadership roles
- Continuously improve sourcing strategies to enhance quality and speed
4. Process & Operational Excellence
- Streamline recruitment processes for efficiency and consistency
- Track and analyze hiring metrics (TAT, conversion ratios, quality of hire, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with internal systems and hiring protocols
5. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
- Strengthen employer brand through candidate interactions and external platforms
- Drive structured and high-quality interview processes
- Ensure a seamless and professional candidate journey
What We're Looking For:
- 4–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in high-growth or service-driven environments
- Strong experience in mid to senior-level hiring and stakeholder management
- Proven ability to manage multiple roles and functions simultaneously
- Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and talent market dynamics
- Data-driven approach to hiring and decision-making
- Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills
