Roles & Responsibilities
Own and execute the complete recruitment lifecycle — from requisition to onboarding
Manage lateral and leadership hiring mandates, ensuring alignment with role and culture fit
Develop sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and headhunting
Engage with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and workforce plans
Screen, interview, evaluate, and close candidates effectively and efficiently
Handle salary benchmarking and negotiation discussions Track and maintain recruitment dashboards and hiring MIS
Partner with external consultants, campus teams, and industry contacts as needed
Organize hiring events and participate in employer branding initiatives
Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience
Stay up-to-date with market hiring trends and competitor practices
High ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage tight timelines
Discreet and mature handling of confidential information.
Other Details-
Probation Period: 6 months from joining (confirmation post-review)
Work Mode: On-site (Bhubaneswar office)
Date of Joining: Immediate preferred
Selection Process: Two rounds – HR competency interview and final discussion with leadership

Strong Talent Acquisition Profiles, with expertise in Technical Hiring for Product Company / Aerospace / Manufacturing
Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with strong ownership of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have hands-on experience in lateral and leadership hiring, specifically for technical roles (engineering, product, R&D, manufacturing, etc.).
Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have proven experience in headhunting and passive candidate sourcing using platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche sourcing strategies.
Mandatory (Skills 1): Strong expertise in technical hiring and talent mapping, with the ability to understand engineering job requirements and screen candidates effectively.
Mandatory (Skills 2): Hands-on experience in candidate screening, stakeholder discussions, interview coordination, and candidate evaluation, ensuring both technical and cultural fit.
Mandatory (Skills 3): Strong experience in salary benchmarking, offer rollout, and negotiation, with a proven ability to close niche and hard-to-fill roles.
Mandatory (Tools / Systems): Hands-on experience with ATS/HRIS platforms (e.g., Keka, Darwinbox, GreytHR) and strong familiarity with recruitment tools and sourcing platforms.
Mandatory (Domain Understanding): Basic to strong understanding of engineering functions (Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, Systems, Software, etc.) to effectively assess candidate relevance.
Mandatory (Company): Product Company only (Preferred - Manufacturing, aerospace, UAV, automotive, or similar engineering-driven organizations)
Preferred (Education): B.Tech / Engineering background, MBA in HR or related field will be an added advantage (BTech can be avoided if candidate has experience working in Drone related company)
