Timing: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm

Working days: Monday to Friday (WFO), Saturday (WFH)

Role Overview

Conscious Chemist is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Assistant Manager – Supply Chain to oversee inventory accuracy, order fulfilment efficiency, and coordination across warehousing, marketplaces, and last-mile partners. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing WMS platforms, 3PL operations, courier integrations, and marketplace reconciliation, preferably within the beauty, personal care, or D2C industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update inventory records across systems including EasyEcom, marketplaces, and internal trackers.
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies between WMS, ERP, 3PL, and marketplace panels.
• Coordinate with 3PL warehousing partners to ensure stock accuracy, timely in warding, and dispatch SLAs.
• Manage last-mile courier partners to track shipment flow, reduce delays, and resolve delivery exceptions.
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
• Conduct physical stock audits and reconcile actual vs system stock.
• Generate daily/weekly inventory and fulfilment performance reports.
• Identify operational gaps and drive process improvements for supply chain efficiency.
• Work closely with operations, finance, and marketplace teams for smooth order processing and reporting.

Required Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant experience in supply chain, inventory control, or operations.
• Hands-on experience with EasyEcom or similar WMS platforms.
• Experience managing 3PL warehouse partners and courier aggregators.
• Strong working knowledge of marketplace operations (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Visual dashboard.
• Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience in beauty, personal care, or D2C brands preferred.
