Job Description: Asst. Manager / Sr. Engineer – Quality Control
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Asst. Manager or Sr. Engineer for Quality Control to join our team in Dahej, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the fabrication of process equipment and a deep understanding of national and international manufacturing codes.
Role Overview
Designation: Asst. Manager / Sr. Engineer – Quality Control
Location: Dahej, Gujarat
Vacancies: 4 to 5 positions
Industry: Fabrication / Process Equipment
Key Responsibilities
Inspection: Perform independent inspection of fabricated process equipment throughout the manufacturing cycle (Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels, Reactors with Agitators, Columns, etc.).
Compliance: Ensure all fabrication activities adhere strictly to mandatory national and international codes and standards.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive quality documents, test reports, and compliance certificates.
Liaison: Coordinate independently with client inspection engineers and third-party inspection agencies.
Software Usage: Utilize ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) for reporting and data management.
Candidate Profile
Education & Experience
Qualification: BE Mechanical (or equivalent) OR Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: 4 to 5 years of core experience in Quality Control within the fabrication industry.
Mandatory Background: Proven track record in the inspection of process equipment as per industry codes.
Technical Skills
Thorough knowledge of National and International Codes related to fabrication.
Hands-on experience with Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels, and Reactors.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word) and ERP systems.
