💼 Role: Assistant Manager – Sourcing
💰 Salary: ₹6 – ₹8 LPA
🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Manager – Sourcing to lead and
strengthen our recruitment operations in Mumbai for leading Q-commerce clients.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Hire and manage a team of 4–5 Field Recruiters across Mumbai
• Drive large-scale hiring for Delivery Executives/Riders for Q-commerce operations
• Develop sourcing strategies to ensure consistent rider onboarding
• Monitor recruiter performance, productivity, and hiring targets
• Coordinate with operations and client teams for manpower planning
• Ensure daily hiring, joining, and retention targets are achieved
• Handle field-level recruitment activities, job camps, and local hiring drives
🔹 Requirements:
• 2–5 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or blue-collar hiring
• Experience in team handling and bulk hiring is preferred
• Strong understanding of field recruitment and vendor management
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Must be comfortable with field travel across Mumbai
🌟 Preferred Background:
Candidates with experience in Q-commerce, logistics, staffing, gig workforce, or delivery hiring
- will be highly preferred.
