We’re Hiring | Assistant Manager - Sourcing

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals to join our Sales Team for our residential real estate projects.

Location: Lohegaon/Dhanori, Pune

Industry: Real Estate – Residential

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead generation through direct sourcing & field activities

• Coordinating site visits and customer follow-ups

• Working closely with Channel Partners & internal sales team

• Maintaining lead data and supporting the closing process

Eligibility:

• 3–8 years of experience in real estate sourcing

• Good communication & relationship-building skills

• Target-driven mindset
