What makes the role meaty?
- Manage social media execution across owned brand channels
- Lead campaign rollout and execution across social platforms
- Coordinate with external agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and assets
- Manage campaign timelines, approvals, publishing schedules and reporting trackers
- Support cross-functional campaign execution across brand, creator, growth and retail teams
- Own social media calendars and publishing workflows
- Ensure smooth content routing, approvals and platform execution
- Monitor platform performance and optimize content based on insights and learnings
- Maintain consistency in brand voice, visual identity and platform hygiene
- Track campaign deliverables, timelines and execution dependencies
- Coordinate production requirements across shoots, edits, assets and creator deliverables
- Support amplification planning and rollout across owned and creator channels
- Assist in retailer and launch campaign coordination
- Monitor social media performance and campaign metrics regularly
- Develop actionable insights and recommendations based on content performance
- Stay updated on platform trends, social formats and emerging content opportunities.
We hope that you are a…
- Graduate or Post Graduate in Marketing with 2 to 4 years of experience in social media, campaign management or content operations
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, publishing systems and campaign workflows
- Experience coordinating campaigns across internal teams, agencies and creators
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- High attention to detail and execution excellence
- Proactive, solution-oriented and comfortable handling ambiguity
- Passionate about content, social media and internet culture
- Familiarity with social reporting, campaign tracking and content operations systems
